I actually have a similar question
I am trying to use a web form for general information and google has Google docs which the web foam is great however when someone fills it out , there is no e-mail confirmation when they fill it out so I have to continue to check my e-mail all the time.
I would love a PLUG and PLAY type
are there any out there ?
