If I manually try to do the Refresh I get an error saying that “service data cannot refresh”. Data logs show the error that I posted in initial post above, over and over as it tries to refresh. Jetpack shows that it is connected at this time with no issues other than this error.
Reconnecting Jetpack afterwards allows me to then manually refresh the Service Data.
I’ll post the System Status in a separate reply.

I’ve done the uninstall/reinstall with no success now. I still had the connection go down. When this happens, Jetpack is still connected, but the Service Data for the Woocommerce Shipping and Tax plugin will not refresh. Does the error log tell you anything?
10-12-2021 @ 08:37:22 – Error retrieving the tax rates. Received (401): {“statusCode”:401,”error”:”Unauthorized”,”message”:”Invalid token”,”attributes”:{“error”:”Invalid token”}} (WCS Tax)I unfortunately cannot deactivate all plugins nor change the theme to default on this site. It’s a live eCommerce site so I’m unable to test that way. the staging site also has the limitation of not being connected to Jetpack for testing. This issue has happened twice in the past week now, so if I was to get a screenshot of something what would that be?

Specifically, my code works, but I want each item total when pulling in and not the total amount of the purchase. This code is what I am looking to modify, but it needs to stay intact in order to work with the packing slip plugin I am using.

The code I posted does work to pull in the total and shipping method into their own column on the packing list I use, but I’m unable to find the correct way to pull in “item amount” instead of total amount.
What I mean specifically is, if someone orders multiple items and they show on the packing list, the column that shows Total Amount shows the same for each line item. IE: if the total order amount was $3,000 then that shows within the total column on each items line.
I can’t find the proper way to get an item amount rather than a total amount/total order amount.
