No, it was disconnected for a period of time and then just tried to reconnect. Always been the same domain and a WP/WC site.
Appreciate the reply. That’s too bad though, because I feel this is a usability issue out of the box for the product.

I don’t believe these are custom fields though are they? I’m not creating these, these are fields generated by another WC Extension. I believe they’re stored as fees, possibly WC_Order_Item_Fee class. Will these not be pulled in like order cost, product variations, etc?

Unfortunately, the Woocommerce team is the one who sent me to Jetpack….
Not quite sure what else to do here considering there are very few other options for automated tax calculations available.
It doesn’t seem like I’m going to get much help there as I received the same exact response I have already from woocommerce support twice now. It’s not a solution to the problem.

Click the Refresh button that appears there: https://snipboard.io/GQ1u4o.jpg Then test checkout and see if the problem goes away. If that doesn't help, just to make sure, have you gone through the steps of disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack, as detailed here? https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#disconnecting-jetpack The error should be fixed afterwards as mentioned in this support page: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shipping-and-tax/woocommerce-shipping/#section-12 Let us know how things go!
