I got it working now. It seemed to be conflicting with a placeholder polyfill I was using (https://github.com/mathiasbynens/jquery-placeholder). Thanks.
Hmm, I deactivated the TinyMCE Advanced plugin but am still getting the same thing.
I’m having the same problem (running 3.2.1).
