You can filter it out using an Include filter on your valid hostname. Details of a working solution here:

I tried the update again, and re-saving worked for some items but not for all. Didn’t have time to check what the differences were (so many options); playing with a live site and had to restore 1.22.

The zip file for the update 1.23 does not include the posts-in-sidebar-widget.php and widget-forms-functions.php files.
