Hi @jahirchowdhury ,
After your latest message I had to make sure that we have the Pro-version of the plugin activated and it wasn’t, so I apologize for the trouble I caused! Once the Pro-version was activated at our end, the Autoplay option was visible again. Everything works now as it should, so I don’t need to contact you on this issue any further.
Thank you for great customer service, I really appreciate it! Have a great summer!
Best regards,
MiiraHi @jahirchowdhury ,
Yes, I didn’t see the “Autoplay” option anymore in the Video settings tab. Hopefully it’ll come back someday!
Best regards,
MiiraHi @jahirchowdhury ,
Sorry for my late reply, I was on my summer vacation. Thank you for fixing the bug! It really did help, although now the “Autoplay” function has been completely removed. It would have been nice to have it if ever needed. I hope it comes back in some future update and that it would work nicely. Thank you for the fix!
Best regards,
MiiraHi @jahirchowdhury,
No problem! And that’s great that you found the bug, I was thinking maybe the problem is at our end. Thank you for fixing it! I’ll wait for the next update of the plugin.
Thank you again & best regards,
MiiraHi @jahirchowdhury and thank you so much!
Actually my problem was that the Autoplay-function is always “on” in some 360 degree videos, and I wanted Autoplay to be in “off” mode. Sounds like that browser problem that you found is not the answer to my problem, I don’t think for security reasons the Autoplay is always on! 🙂
I’ll try more browsers for this, though, if there is any possibility that that could work.
Thank you again, even if this didn’t quite solve my problem!
Best regards,
MiiraHi and thank you for your quick response!
I used self-hosted 360-degree videos, so not from YouTube or Vimeo. Unfortunately I cannot provide a link to the website as it is confidential.
Best regards,
Miira
