Thanks for reporting this to me! You are totally right. This will raise an error and it is not related to the php version or web server.It is my mistake over there, not taking in consideration that page number starts with zero. It is an extremely quick fix.
This is not affecting the plugin functionality at all. It is just related to the Reports section.If you prefer I can send you a new version where this issue is fixed or you can wait until the next release.

Just to avoid such things to happen I gave the possibility to test the plugin by yourself. You’ve turned most of the settings “on” but… you’ve forgot to turn on “Switch the plugin to Test Mode”. Also, you have the possibility to White-List your IP(s).Anyways, could you please contact me through http://www.goodbyecaptcha.com/contact ans send me your website url?

This is driving me crazy! I have to look into this issue almost every 2-3 days. The problem is that even if the scripts are excluded from JS autoptimization, if there are dependencies, you’ll get the errors.

As we discussed I’ll close this. The issue was caused by the Autoptimize plugin.
