    Hi, Thanks for your reply.

    Yes, settings are enabled. Order status change properly from processed to completed. All that is fine and we can see those tiny notifications in the “View Order” screen.

    Mails work in the following way only

    1. we go to order page, open the order and go to “Order Actions”and choose “resend order mails”.

    2. We go to order page, change status using “bulk actions”.

    What did you mean by Gateway?
