  • @treibalen Thank you for your quick response!!

Your steps helped me figure out that some of our tracked product location stocks were not correctly set up!

After setting up stock with correct locations I had to import/sync twice, which I imagine is a square data layer issue?

    – I verified that the product has 1 variation with an SKU (it is being imported as well) In Woocommerce all my products are “Simple Product”‘s

    – I currently have the location set, Square is my system of record, “enable to fetch inventory changes from square” is enabled. In Square I have a current stock of 8 that has enabled tracking at the location set in woocommerce. (note: I have 2 locations this is where my problem came out)

    – Stock is tracked

I think it’s interesting that a couple (4) of my products did have correct stock information, even though the location stock was not set.

Thank you again for asking the three questions above.

    Cheers!

@aashik Is there a way I can view that ticket? I am currently experiencing the Out of stock issue @alcrencabe mentions. I have the latest versions of wordpress, woocommerce and woocommerce square as well. I am able to import in my items with SKU’s as expected by the logs but the majority of the products stocks do not reflect Square product stock.
