On another thread, I found the solution of going into the text editor of your page and surrounding the form short code with
Problem resolved. It was a Menu issue, not a Page issue. I had to update the url for Home on the menu. My brain totally didn’t leap there. Hope this helps for anyone with a similar question. Cheers.
