But how do I change the TEXT on the page after the affiliate approves the T&C? It says something like: “pick a creative,” or something like that. Does not read as proper English. How do I change that text? It’s a shortcode, so can’t change within the page itself.

Hi, this happened to me too. But then I found the option on the pages/posts. It’s not where it used to be. It’s now next to the ADD MEDIA button on the page/post.
I just recreated them.
Same thing happened to me today and I can’t even add back to my home page now.

Thank you for the info. Where do you back up your site? I use a plugin which requires so much space I have to clear old backups every month.
It also requires you to be able to login to your wp site in order to re-install. When your site is down, that’s useless.
Any suggestions?
