I’m getting this error when trying to activate this program:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘class’ (T_CLASS), expecting identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or ‘{‘ or ‘$’ in /home/sitename/public_html/sitename.com/wp-content/plugins/classified-listing/app/Rtcl.php on line 199
I’ve tried downloading the latest version but still have same problem. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?
