Thanks for reporting. Having a tough time replicating this, have you tried previewing posts with another theme?
Also, how are you configuring the settings? In the Assignment Desk menu in the left rail of the WordPress dashboard, click on the Public-facing page, there you can manage the public-facing elements of posts. Do you have all of those fields enabled?
