Everything done throughout the initial setup of the form worked flawlessly. I made two $1 donations just to see how each donation gateway would look for the donor, and then we had two donors enter their donations ($500 + $15.24 fee recovery). Since these are for a matching initiative, I listed them both as “pending” and at first this worked great and the goal meter accurately reflected just the first $2. A few hours later I checked it again and the meter showed as fully green with just the $2.
In my tinkering, I noticed that when I flag one or both of those $500+ donations as complete, the bar moves to the correct position.
Please let me know what other information I can provide!

I verified with one of my IT guys that we don’t currently have a caching plugin, so there was nothing to be done on that front.

Here is the direct link to the donation form (which also populates incorrectly. The form that appears is a different form that is active elsewhere on the site)

Again, when I edit the form, everything is correct in edit mode. All text, forms, images, etc. It allows me to save/update, and still appears as another form in the preview window, link, and shortcode
