I am having a similar problem to the original poster – after clicking submit the button text switches to “sending” but nothing else happens. No confirmation. Nothing sent to Mailchimp.

Well today the maps seem to mysteriously be loading fine. They definitely were not loading yesterday, across multiple platforms.
Perhaps there was a linked script that wasn’t loading properly? Strange.
