I think that the problem comes from the uploadof the last version…it must have been incomplete for any reasons. Moreover the size of the deleted customizr folder was smaller that the one i have uploaded again.One more question: i lost the widgets of the sidebars and the content of my footer…nothing important, i can rebuild this relatively quickly.
However, would you have a tip for that ?…. the last…. 😉sincerely

What should i do ? Delete the latest version of customizr and réinstall ?
Downgrade to an earlier version ?

I have effectively a new .htaccess file in my root directory (it’s an invisible file…then i choose “see invisible file” in Cyberduck app…. and i saw it)But unfortunately , this didn’t résolve the problem…. i have the same symptoms…
I have also tried:
1) diable all my plugins -> it didn’t work
2) settings permlinks on défault and then new on custom -> it didn’t workThanks in advance for your admises…

As you write, i’ve found the file .htaccess in the root directory and renammed it to “.htaccess.old”.
But i don’t now how,as you write “…WP will create a new one”
I try to look on the net … but i found only commentary about complex setting of this file, that i don’t want… i want only, at this stage, a new access to my homepage.
I don’t want make further mistakes.Thanks in advance for your advices… of course, if necessary, i’m ready to communicate you my passwords

– to desactivate the plugins;
– install beta 3.1
– to activate the plugins againDo i have to try this ?
Now, il have updated to 3.1.15 and my site run well… I haven’t installe and try qTranlate in this version because nobody could confirm me that this plugin run well in this version 3.1.15

You have right, i did not desactivte any of my plugins or my child theme
Here a list of the plugins i have currently installed:
Adanced featured post widget, captcha, Category sticky post, Child themify, Columns, Contact form, Duplicate post, Google Analyticator, limait login attempt, magic action box, shortcodes ultimate, ultimate TinyMCE, Wordfence security, WordPress backup to Dropbox
Of course, all these plugins was updated

I tried the beta version 3.1 for qtranslate … but my site did not like and I could no longer access to my site. So I downgrade to 3.0.14 and now 3.0.15.
Is the 3.0.15 version compatible with qtranslate ?
Alternatively, for a dummy as i am, is there a simple and reliable solution to have a multi-language site solution…perhaps with another plugin ?
