Can you please try deactivating and deleting Widget Options, clear your website and hosting cache and then reinstall the latest version of the plugin.
If the warning is still there, please open a support ticket here.

Glad to know the Widget Options and Kadence no longer have issues. With regards to visibility of tabs depending on days/date, it is available to our Widget Options Extended (pro version). But the login user state is available in free version.
If the login user state is not working, you may shoot over the screenshots and details to support@widget-options.com and our team can review that with you!Ah, I thought you didn’t want to use widget options in posts/pages. If “Gutenberg Page & Post Block Options“ is enabled, is the Kadence tab still not working properly?

We’ve released v4.0.1.Could you please update to v4.0.1, and then navigate to Widget Options settings’ page (settings > Widget Options), and disable the “Gutenberg Page & Post Block Options“?
We’ve added this in the settings for our users who do not need the Widget Options blocks feature in pages, posts, and other custom post typesThank you, and please let us know how it goes.
