Could you please try reinstalling the plugin by performing a clean installation? You can do this by deactivating and deleting the plugin, then downloading and installing a fresh version. This might help resolve the issue.

Thanks for the update. It looks like you’re using the free version of the plugin, which only supports default WordPress roles. PRO Placeholders and third-party roles, like Customer Roles from WooCommerce, require the PRO version to work properly.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We attempted to replicate the issue on our end, but the redirections appear to be working fine. Could you please confirm if the WooCommerce integration is enabled under LoginWP >> Integrations?
We also recommend clearing your cache as it might affecting the redirections on your website.
