I reinstalled the plugin, then created the app…I think what I ended up finding is that I had to create a post to publish, and after it did FB opened it up, I had the permissions I needed and life moved on.
Now if I could just get scheduled posts to publish (separate topic started)…

In reply to: [Facebook] [Plugin: Facebook] Start from Zero?I messed something up the first time I installed it (can’t remember what, but there was something not working), so I’ve uninstalled the plugin from WP a couple times, tried deleting the app from FB a couple times. Every time I reinstall the plugin on WP it auto-populates with the “old” info and I never get back to those “step by step” instructions.

In reply to: [Facebook] [Plugin: Facebook] Start from Zero?I’ve gotten the App ID & Secret & namespace from FB, inputted them into the WP control screen, but I can’t get anything to publish…also nothing comes up on my list of fan pages.
Everything appears to be working on the blog side, but I can’t get FB to import anything. When I try to submit the OpenGraph actions, it gives me an error that I “must publish at least one action from my timeline using this action type”
I’m so lost…
