I found the root cause:
For unknown reason the style.css has multiple occurrences of #site-title and it starts working after I modified all the #site-title
Another thing I was asked to do is to change the entire site’s background to “gold”, I set it to #f4ba19.
But it appears the main body is missing there, can you point out where did I miss? Thank you very much

It doesn’t work, please check. and I believe the tag should be applied to logo-image, not site-title.
anyway, I applied to both, and it is still on the left.
