Hi Daz,
Can’h help you with the first error, but I had the same GTM error. The problem was that I didn’t add a configuration row to the tag. You need to add at least one row, else you get that error.

Never mind, I got it to work.
If anyone else has the same problem: I forgot to set the default options in Google Tag Manager. I thought that it would default to deny all if you didn’t configure the options but it doesn’t. Make sure to add at least 1 row.
