I’ve just fixed mine!
What worked for me was clearing my site cache. I was using WP fastest cache and once I cleared the site cache, everything worked as intended. You may want to try it if you’re using a caching plugin as well.Hope you get it fixed!
This is happening to me as well, installed the plugin followed the process after clicking “Edit Chat Plugin”.
The FB Page seemed to retain whatever settings I placed via the plugin, my domain is already whitelisted.
Tested on Chrome which is the browser I’m using to test the site, it appears (not sure if it’s because I have facebook open in another tab?)
But testing on another browser or another device, nothing shows up, when you view source it’s as if the code did not even load, you can’t find the chat code anywhere.I too am having this problem with https://www.modularityhome.com/
I installed and enabled the plugin, followed the setup process.
It works on Chrome which is what I use, but when testing on other browsers (in my case firefox) the code just does not appear at all.
Not sure what is causing this.
