In reply to: [Keyword to URL] Warning: preg_match_all(): Unknown modifier ‘M’Hi —
Sorry for the late response!
Perhaps you have a keyword with a “/M” in it. If so then that would cause the error (I think any keyword with slashes will cause that error). I will explore adjusting the code for the next update to look for keywords with slashes in them and either escape them or not allow them.
Thank you for reporting that error! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

In reply to: [Keyword to URL] preventing links back to same pageHi —
Yes you are correct in that using the no keywords turns off all links for that post/page. I understand from what you said it would be good if you could just turn off selected links (like one on the page that is the target of the link so you don’t have a circular reference). We will look into adding selectively turning off individual links (instead of the current all-or-nothing situation).
Best regards and thanks for using the plugin and your ideas to help make it better!

The comment tag has to have two dashes after the ! and before the closing >. It looks like in the posts above (both your comment and mine above that) that it has only one dash. I think maybe the WordPress text editor on this reply page changes double dashes to one dash.
This below shows only one dash even though I typed two:
<!– no keywords –>See the description page https://wordpress.org/plugins/keyword-to-url/ for the correct way to do the no keywords tag.
Thank you for using the plugin!

In reply to: [Keyword to URL] Problem with excerpt wordHi —
We have it turned off for excerpts. We may add the ability to add this via the admin menu if there are any future updates.
Thanks of using the plugin!

In reply to: [Keyword to URL] 不好,关键词不能转成链接Hi —
Keyword to URL can not do Unicode characters so it does not work with your character set. We will try to change that in a future release.
Thank you!

You can signal a post to not use the plugin’s linking by adding a comment anywhere in the post: <!– no keywords –>
(you need to add that in the html editor as <!– no keywords –> is an html comment. Thanks for using the plugin!

Yes you are correct… the regular expression we use only works for ASCII characters and does not work for Unicode characters. I’ll look into changing that in the future 🙂Forum: Reviews

I’ll add a check-box to the next version that lets the user choose to include excerpts if desired.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Keyword to URL] Pretty good, but…Hi —
Can you let me know of an example keyword you tried. I tried it with a phrase (I used two words separated with a blank in-between them) and it works OK. Please send example that fails for you and I will investigate. Also please let me know what browser you use.
Thank you using the plugin and for reporting this issue.
