In reply to: [Connect Matomo - Analytics Dashboard for WordPress] New site not listedYes, I missed to allow the auth token to have access to the created site 🙂
Ok thank you. Maybe there will be more elegant solutions for this in the future.
I see. So the PHP Api is for the WP Backend only. This should be documented more explicitly imho. Thank you for the addon, anyway.
no sorry, I had to go back to the javascript solution for now. I come back here whenever I get to work on this issue

In reply to: [Multi Rating] No resultsSorry for not replying so long, but this had been urgent, so I had to figure out something else.
Unfortunately I cannot grant you access to that particular system, but when testing in a fresh installed WordPress instance it did work alright. So this has obviously been interfered by some other project-related issue.
Will try to set up a test environment with the data of that project and get back to you soon.

In reply to: [Multi Rating] No resultsAlso, when I apply the shortcode
[display_rating_result], it says “no results yet” in the frontendForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Multi Rating] No results> If you add new ratings, do you see the rating results appear? or is it still None? Is the count column showing 0?
I just deleted any rating items, ratring results and entries, cleared the cache and added a new rating item. “Rating Results Cache” is checked. Then I went to the entry and rated one attachment. Now on settings page “Rating Results” there is one entry in the “Rating Results” tab, showing in the “Entries” column “1” and in the “Rating Result” column “None”.
Then I went back to the attachments pages and again rated the attachment. Now the “Entries” column shows “2”, but the “Rating Results” column still “None”. Again cleared the cache in plugin the tools, “Rating Results” column still shows “None”.> So you cleared the rating results cache in the plugin tools? Can you try turning rating results cache off in the plugin settings?
So I went and unchecked “Rating Results Cache”, cleared the cache again, just in case. Applied a rating on the attachment. “Entries” column shows “3” now, “Rating Results” still none.
Why isn’t it calculating?

In reply to: [Multi Rating] No resultsNo support for free version users?

In reply to: [Multi Rating] No resultsYes I use the free version.
Actually I did the cache cleaning as well as trying with or without enabling cache, even before I posted this. No other caching plugins are used.
This is on WP 4.1 with MariaDB 5.5.4, plugin version 3.2.1
My brand new WP-Piwik did not track anything either. Then I found that in the Tracking settings at “CDN URL:” there was an entry with exactly this weird message named above set in the first input field. I just deleted that out, and voila… its tracking. Just to let anyone know, who came here via search engines.
Thank you for pointing that out. Something must have gone wrong with the creation, I guess 😉
fixed.I created a ticket for this in the WP track.

In reply to: [Captcha] works well, but the usability…also i don’t like that the vendor makes himself his own section in the backend menu, instead of fitting the plugin into “settings” like everyone else does.
