Sorry, Currently this plugin is not provide html email template. only used simple text email.
We add to our development list and update plugin within week or more.

PayPal Pro required BUSINESS-Pro account and PayPal Flow required manager account.

In your website admin panel donation list is populated? are you receive email from PayPal or from website?
