I’m really glad it worked for you, Simon! I didn’t manage to solve it. I’m also wondering why is this subject marked as “resolved”. I never said “it’s working, thank you!”.

Thank you for reply. Do you believe there are any other options? We even tried to delete SG plugin from hosting page, but nothing changed. We also cannot find any .htaccess file. What folder is this file located?
