But, how can I remove this suspicious code from site?
I tried to install Wordfence plugin and it also found suspicious code. When I delete those files, after next scan, that code appears again but this time on some other places.
Is there possibility to eliminate it?

When I try to set up (from my Facebook account) another app, after entering Security Check letters I get message “Sorry, something went wrong. We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can”. Do you know, in which e-mail address to send a letter to facebook support team?
So, you think the problem is from Facebook’s end? It is strange that it did not resolve for several days?
