In reply to: [PDF Forms Filler for CF7] Acceptance checkbox support – CF7Hi,
It should work if you set your PDF checkboxes exported value to ‘1’ and map the CF7 acceptance checkbox to the PDF checkbox.
Let me know if that works for you or not.
Thanks.

In reply to: [PDF Forms Filler for CF7] Receipt/Support – PDF Ninja Enterprise PluginHi,
I did receive your contact form request. Looks like Microsoft banned my mail server IP. I tried delisting it using their instructions but looks like I am still getting bounces. Please send me an alternative email address I can use or send me your Skype/Signal/Slack/etc contact details.
Thank you.

In reply to: [PDF Forms Filler for CF7] How to change date format?Hi,
Many people have requested this feature.
Here is one post about it,
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/date-backwards/I am planning to add a feature that would allow you to use all mail tags (not just fields), however, I am not sure yet when this will be released.
I’ll post here when I have an update.

In reply to: [PDF Forms Filler for CF7] Form Fields Keep DetachingSome users had issues with Contact form 7 Multi-step Pro before. Maybe that is your issue. I will need to investigate how to make it compatible.

Hi,
The plugin attaches a blank PDF and a text file with field details and the error message if something goes wrong. In this case, the issue was the image conversion took too long to embed the provided file into the PDF.
I recommend limiting the field that supplies the embedded image to JPEG/PNG file type. Also, it might help limiting the file size. For example, use tag like [file your-file filetypes:png|jpg|jpeg limit:1mb].
I can do further debugging if you can send me the image file your customer has supplied to admin at maximum dot software.
Let me know if that helps.

In reply to: [PDF Forms Filler for CF7] i want the pdf to be saved in user dashboardThe Enterprise Extension gets automatically disabled if it is not supported in your hosting environment and the plugin reverts back to using the Pdf.Ninja API (which is why you are still seeing the watermark on the default free tier).
Please talk to your hosting provider and ask them to enable PHP execute functions (exec, proc_open, proc_close).

In reply to: [PDF Forms Filler for CF7] Form Fields Keep DetachingThis is very strange, I have never had this happen. The mappings are stored with post meta. It is possible that it is getting cleared somehow by another plugin. Would you mind posting a list of your plugins?

In reply to: [PDF Forms Filler for CF7] Charset supportHi,
The issue with appearance value of form fields with non-Latin characters is a known problem. The fix is in the works, however, it is not an easy one, I plan to deploy it in June.
The issue with radio/checkboxes export values is a new one. I tested this case and it appears that it is indeed not working. I’ll see what can be done to resolve this bug.
Thank you for reporting your issues.

In reply to: [PDF Forms Filler for CF7] WPML supportI tried to debug the problem a while back. If I remember correctly, the problem originated outside of “PDF Forms Filler for CF7” plugin’s code. WPML broke one of the CF7 functions that this plugin relies on.
Here is the post about it,
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wpml-problem-9/I don’t recall now which function it was, but there was no way for me to fix this issue. I will take a look at it sometime again to see if I can tell you more details.
Thanks for the feedback!
I am working on adding support for multiple select.
It would be great to get a clarification on some of the other items.
How would the trigger feature work exactly? Maybe an option can be added to skip a PDF file if user selected field doesn’t match user entered value. Did I misunderstand your requirement?
If you have multiple CF7 fields mapped to a single PDF field and the user enters different value for the two CF7 fields, which CF7 field value would take precedence when filling the PDF? Or would both values be concatenated somehow?

In reply to: [PDF Forms Filler for CF7] Signature in Contact Form 7I am not sure what the problem is in this case. Do you mind me taking a look at your setup? If not, please send me temporary wp-admin login details to admin at maximum dot software and I will check it out.
