The error message is really a warning. My testing shows that everything is working with the new CF7 version. I am working on releasing a new version which will hide the error message for CF7 v5.4.1.
If your forms are not submitting, there must be an issue with something else. Can you please post a link to your form or send it to my email (admin at maximum dot software)? I’ll check it out to see what the problem might be.

This sounds like an issue with the “Advanced CF7 DB” plugin. My plugin (PDF Forms Filler for Contact Form 7) attaches a filled PDF (to email messages), not pictures. It doesn’t have any effect on your issue.
But I do see what you mean. I’m getting hashes with CF7 v5.4 and v5.4.1 as well. You may want to contact the developer of the “Advanced CF7 DB” plugin to get this resolved.

Parece que su archivo PDF no tiene campos. Edite su PDF para agregarle campos de formulario.
Si ese no es su problema, describa su problema con más detalle (preferiblemente en inglés).

What plugin are you using for the database? Is it Advanced Contact form 7 DB?
The ‘PDF Forms Filler for CF7’ doesn’t actually save ‘pictures’. It does have the feature to save filled PDFs somewhere in the uploads folder. Maybe that is what you mean.
Please describe your form configuration and your requirements in more details.

I’ve just tried it. It works for me. It is possible that your PDF has some issue with embedded fonts, however, it is hard for me to say. Can you send your PDF to admin at maximum dot software or post a link to it in this topic? I will try to debug your issue.
Also, the latest Firefox has a PDF viewer that renders form fields correctly. You may want to try it with that PDF file.
By the way, the new version of my back end is nearly ready. It does have a workaround for this issue. However, there are still some bugs that need to be fixed.

If you want to use CF7 v5.4, you need to update the PDF Forms Filler for CF7 plugin to the latest version (1.3.11). You should not be having the problems you are describing with this new version.

By the way, I have just released a new version with some fixes. If your problem was caused by bugs fixed in the latest version, you might be able to get the new version to work. Regardless, if you can tell me exactly what your trouble is, I might be able to fix it.
