It seems there no error but just php notices.
You have to set in you wp-config.php file debug display to false :

I am afraid MaxiCharts does not have any function to import forms from another plugin…
This could be a custom development though.

Actually i realized there is no logic implemented for this field type…
What would you actually want to see ?
A chart counting how often an item was set as first ?

Please let us a few days to debug this. Not sure this can be fixed before the 26th as my collegue is on holidays and my wife is about to give birth in a couple of days… 🙂
