We have this on the calendar to start work on this in April. The reason being is that we have a pretty sizable upgrade schedule already on the calendar.

We hear you. Let us give some thought to this.
It’s not a simple fix if I remember chatting with Alan before about it. But it really helps to hear it again.
I’ll be back to you next week.
In the meantime anything else we need to do? Have you both checked out Media Library Plus ? Love to hear your feedback on that too.

As it says in the email from us. MaxButtons Pro is a separate plugin from MaxButton. You need to login to your account page and download the latest version. Just click the light blue Download Version 4.14 link.
The license key is right next to it.

We’re planning on changing the work flow so that it is easier to get something up and running. It’s also why we added the Basic Buttons packs with MaxButtons Pro.

Thanks for your review. Very sorry to hear about the duplicated folder names issue. Of course, we give amazing awesome support so maybe unlike other plugins we can help get it right. And have the chance to fix a bug and make you happy.
What would really help us now is a an export of your database (everything except the user and usermeta tables) so that we can run tests on it to understand and fix the problem.
We’re aware of the large mention. It’s on our list to fix.
