the same procedure here…
Newest wordpress 4.9.4, avada theme (last version 5.4.2) and wpml.
We rolled back to the previos version 4.6.11.1 and everything works fine!???
The rollback works fine with the plugin: ‘WP Rollback’ (tested two times) – the plugin offers to install every reachable previous version.So waiting for the bugfix 😉

OK – or not 😉
It ist NOT (only) the Maildomain.
The bad address is “surname.name@live.de” -> then download for “save admin.php” starts
But
“surname.name@live.com” -> works
“surname_name@live.de” -> worksSo I used the better search and replace plugin an changed the mailaddress in direct in the database -> that works
But I cant change an entry in the subscribers data and save -> same as first
Damn…
It is the E-Mail-Domain!!!
The right subscribers-mailadress xyz@live.de fails as reported.
Changing the mailadress in xyz@live.com everything works as expected an the subscriber was saved. Then editing the mailadress back in …@live.de – it fails ?????Anyone there, who is able to save a subscribers Mailadress with …@live.de (its the “.de”, which fails)?

Da wir mehr als 10 Bewertungen für den Shop erhalten haben, wurde die (kostenlose Test-)Phase beendet. D. h. es werden noch Bewertungen gesammelt, aber nicht mehr angezeigt – auch das Trustbadge nicht mehr. Wir müssten mindestens den “Standardplan” für 79 Euro/Monat + Steuer buchen 🙁 Ist für einen gemeinnützigen Verein und Shopumsatz von ca. 250 Euro nicht darstellbar/sinnvoll.Liegt also kein “Softwarefehler” vor.
