In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] Facebook Page IDHi Manu,
Make sure you have set up a Facebook App, added the App ID, and have logged in as your Facebook user (instructions are provided on the “Import” tab). You can then import images from public pages and your own logged in user’s albums. If you are not logged in as nativevoicetv (which is not a page, but a FB user) you will not be able to access the albums of that user. Hope that helps.

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] How did you organize your album.Hi jeanboots,
Each album is saved to the options table serializing the gallery data. If you look in the options table, you will find galleries that start with fbps_ followed by the gallery ID. You can copy the data and unserialize it to see the structure. Hope that helps.

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] Lightbos is not working and thumbnails grey colorYour website no longer appears to look as it did when you first submitted the ticket. Did you change your theme? I no longer see the old version of jQuery either on http://www.mountmercyschool.in/photos/

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] Lightbos is not working and thumbnails grey colorHi kmjamal,
It looks like your theme is forcing an older version of jQuery (1.6.1), which may be the cause as it may not be compatible with the lightGallery lightbox that the gallery uses. You should be using the version of jQuery that is included in WordPress (1.11.3). See this link on how to do this properly:
Hopefully when you change to the version of jQuery provided by WordPress, it will fix your issue.
I also see some fbcdn errors at the bottom of your page that are in a text widget. They look like they are JPGs that no longer exist on Facebook.
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] stop posting comments (FB)Hi mastryde,
I’m not quite sure what you are asking. Are you asking how to stop comments on the Facebook gallery in WordPress or something else? Can you provide a link as an example of what you mean?
Thanks,

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] Images slightly out of orderHi Dave,
They should import in the correct order. If you can send me a link of the page on your site where you are displaying the photos and a link to the album on Facebook to compare, I can take a look and see if there’s a bug I can fix.
Thanks,

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] iPhone issueI was not able to replicate this issue, so I’m assuming it’s a conflict with something else on your site. I would try deactivating all other plugins except FB Photo Sync and switching to a theme like twentyfifteen. If it is fixed then, try activating your theme and the plugins one at a time until it breaks again. When it breaks, the problem is likely the plugin you just activated. If you deactivate all plugins except FB Photo Sync and switch your theme and it’s still broken, open this ticket up again with a link to your site and I’ll try to investigate the issue. Take care!

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] No option to add albumsHi David,
The plugin isn’t meant to add photos, just to sync with photos you have on Facebook. To sync photos, you need to follow instructions to create a Facebook App, add in the App ID, then use the Login button and accept your app. Once you do that, you can paste in an ID for a page and find all their albums that you can sync, or even sync photos from your user account.
Take care,
Mike
