In reply to: [Features by WooThemes] Shortcode ExampleNo problem, Sergio. We’re working it all out with these new plugins. 🙂
If you’re an existing WooThemes customer (which you are), I’d recommend posting over at http://support.woothemes.com/.
This forum is intended as a free community-based forum.
Thanks and regards,

In reply to: [Features by WooThemes] Shortcode ExampleHi Sergio,
Thanks for your feedback on this.
I see you’re a WooThemes customer (if you’re using Canvas, I assume you are).
I’d recommend posting further in our WooThemes Support Desk where we can discuss this further. We can then post a solution here, if applicable, once resolved. 🙂
Thanks and regards,
Matty

In reply to: [Features by WooThemes] Shortcode ExampleHi Sergio,
The plugin doesn’t currently provide CSS for styling the features. It does, however, add “first” and “last” CSS classes, depending on how many items you have per row.
Please add the following CSS code to the “custom.css” file:
.features .feature { float: left; }Thanks and regards,
Matty

In reply to: [Features by WooThemes] impossible to have features in rowHi cfabrice,
Thanks for your query. 🙂
To start, you’d need to float the items to the left. From there, the rest should take care of itself. 🙂
For example:
.features .feature { float: left; }Please advise if this produces the desired result. 🙂
Thanks and regards,
Matty

In reply to: [Testimonials by WooThemes] Very poor documentation.Hi EyePhoto,
Please see the “Other Notes” section of the listing here on WordPress.org for full documentation of the plugin.
To clarify, there is currently no CSS file bundled with the plugin, as the plugin is intended purely to provide functionality.
As the styling of the testimonials will inevitably be different on every project where the plugin is used, the styling should be handled within the theme in use.
We will consider adding basic CSS styling to the plugin in a future release. The above is our current position on this.
As always, we welcome any and all constructive feedback on our products and will do all we can to improve documentation where possible, when provided with constructive feedback. 🙂
Thanks and regards,
Matty

In reply to: [Testimonials by WooThemes] AvatarHi Sarah,
Thanks for your query. 🙂
You could insert a featured image, if you’d like to have an image. If not, and the %%AVATAR%% template tag still displays, we’ll need to log this as a bug for attention in our next development cycle of the plugin. 🙂

In reply to: [Features by WooThemes] Missing URL optionThanks Jeremy. Feedback is always appreciated. 🙂
We’ll be reviewing a few items (this included) during the plugin’s next development cycle, to ensure we consider and implement as much feedback as possible, without deploying too many small updates to the plugin (updating every day or two wouldn’t be fun for everyone using the plugin). 🙂
Cheers,

In reply to: [Features by WooThemes] Missing URL optionHi Jeremy,
While the option isn’t “missing”, per-say (as it was a conscious decision to not have this option), we’ll look into adding it into a future update to the plugin.
We feel it’s important to describe the feature in question, prior to linking the visitor somewhere else. This would then be done on the individual feature’s page itself. Alternatively, the screen doesn’t take on much purpose. 🙂

In reply to: [Features by WooThemes] Features plugin has references to TestimonialsThanks Jeremy.
This has been noted and will be remedied in the plugin’s next development cycle. 🙂

In reply to: [Features by WooThemes] Shortcode ExampleHi ucfknight04,
Sure. 🙂
You’d use [woothemes_features per_row=”3″] to have 3 in a row. You’d then need to add CSS to ensure that every third item is cleared (appropriate CSS classes are added to the shortcode to assist with this). 🙂
Regards,
Matty.Hi all,
Thanks for your feedback on this.
This will be examined further in our next Canvas development cycle, to begin shortly.
I can confirm that the above fix looks correct and should remedy the issue. We’ll be sure to use this as a reference during the next Canvas development cycle. 🙂
Thanks and regards,
Matty
