On my home page http://www.mattfreedman.com.au the sidebar was at the bottom, but on other pages it wasn’t. Thanks to the comments above I clicked on each post on the homepage one by one until I found the one that was throwing the template out. I then went and edited it, stripping all formatting and starting again. This fixed it.

Blogharbor is run off the blogware platform so you should be able to use the blogware import that’s built into wordpress.
