Same problem here…why would someone marked it as resolved when the plug-in is broken? I had to delete the plug-in just to be able to login in to my WP dashboard!
I wasn’t able to get past my WP login because a broken image icon was showing in place of the CAPTCHA graphic. I had to access my WP plugin folder through ftp to delete the plug-in. Login worked fine a few months ago, but something is currently broken or incompatible (tried Safari, Firefox, Chrome, all with same problem).
