For the font of the header, you have to change the CSS file :
To change “Style and perso…”, search : .header .logo-box p.logo a { }
And for “It’s all about us”: .header .logo-box p { }
Do you’ve got a link to your website ?
You should resize your image, 2300×700 is really weighty for your site.
Test to resize the 2 other image in ???x380, i guess it should resolve the problem !
I guess that you got 2 choices:
You could work on your image, with photoshop, gimp, and convert this image into a .PNG, to adapt it automatically to the background.
Or you can find an other image, without the background ( a PNG would be the better choice ).
The problem is, that the older background is fixed on your image (.JPEG … ).
