I’ve placed it in a sub-folder but am unable to launch it. The website is “www.bizofbeauty.com” and the folder I’ve created to hold my wordpress stuff is “wordpresscontent” located in the webroot directory. So, I should be able to go to “www.bizofbeauty.com/wordpresscontent” and access it….but I get a 404 error. 🙁
Thank you SO much for your help!!

so you are saying I should just keep the static index.html page up, and work on it locally, then uploading the wordpress site when I’m ready to launch? I’m working with a couple other people, so I would like to have it so people could access it from their computers as well…
