In reply to: password protected page issueThe problem I am having is that I set the page to password protect, it says it is password protected, but when I click the link to the password protected page, it is NOT password protected. Is that because it has been LINKED from a word on a page as opposed to being a page you get to by a navigation link?
IF so, how can I fix that?

Page in question: go to Association Management, Homeowner Association Management, then click on Neely’s Canyon. On that page, there is a link at the bottom – “Neely’s Password Protected Information.” (And it is not password protected.) Note, there is no info on the page yet, as I need to resolve this first.

In reply to: Company Website 001 – navigation barEsmi – a million thanks. I got the blue bars out of the left sidebar with your help!!! I also deleted the code about the monthly news, since we don’t use that feature, now that I’m more confident about removing stuff. I guess if I mess up something I can always put it back as long as I keep track of what I’m doing.
On to my next mission…

In reply to: Appearance Menus-WHYdid I click on this?!!!I discovered I could drag the Custom Menu widget back to make it non-effective, and my previous formatting was restored. THANK YOU for responses govpatel, and esmi. By the way, Esmi, I decided it would be very time consuming for me as a beginner to figure out formatting.

In reply to: Appearance Menus-WHYdid I click on this?!!!Dear esmi – I had about 5 pages that would come up when you pressed the corresponding menu bar on the left side of the home page. Those links disappeared. The pages are still in the “pages” area where I created them.
