the fix above doesnt work at all with 2.8.5 and 1.3.
All AJAX seems to die on the post and page edit views. Image upload is disabled for example. Everything works when More Fields 1.3 is disabled.
Frustrating. I hope there is a solution soon. It’s a great plugin but for some reason it doesn’t work with 2.8.5 reliably.
I’ve noticed this also. I wonder if the plugin author is still active.

I’m having this problem also. The site installed locally is sending emails fine, but the one on the live server is no longer sending emails for some reason. No emails in the queue either and none in the spam folders anywhere. This is frustrating. Still looking for a solution. Deactivated all my plugins also but still no result.
