If you scroll towards the bottom there is a text link that says “Eye Heart U” PDF Download. When you click it, it goes to a new tab with the PDF.
Before I installed Genesis and a child theme, this worked just fine as an image link. I never changed any gallery or image settings. I use WP Custom Gallery Links plugin but I’ve been using that since way before.
Now, however, the image link opens to a lightbox instead of a new tab. I imagine it’s freezing and crashing because it can’t find an image to populate the lightbox, since the url actually goes to a PDF file. I am trying to figure out if this is something I can adjust, or if it’s a problem with the theme.

In reply to: Attachments aren't openingThe “download” button is an image link that I made. It says “click to download” and it used to open a new tab with a PDF file of the printable. I don’t want it to open in lightbox. Do you have more info?

In reply to: New Post not showing on home page or in Dashboard under "all posts"So I was poking around more and realized that the publishing date somehow got set to last week. The post WAS showing on my homepage, it was just not in chronological order and so I didn’t see it under all the posts WordPress thought were newer.
I changed the publishing time to today and updated the post, now everything is fine.

In reply to: Switched to Permalinks and now ALL my links are brokenI fixed it! I realized that before I changed it, my permalinks setting was actually on the “day and name” option, so I’ve re-checked that and all of my original link urls are restored.
However, in case I or anyone else needed to know, is there a way to change the permalink structure of FUTURE posts only?
