Currently, with our plugin, it is not possible to synchronize the subscription payments to a specific date.
You may check out WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin by Prospress (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/). WooCommerce subscriptions support synchronizing subscription payment and you can refer to their documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/renewal-synchronisation/ to know more about it.

We are just hooking the PayPal payment request and adding the subscription details. So this “Adaptive Payments” should be handled by the payment gateway itself. Could you please check with the Payment gateway team regarding this.

You can manually test it by doing “process renewal” under subscription edit action list. Same action will be triggered on renewal date as well

We haven’t tested with multi currency plugin yet. Pro version supports variable subscriptions like you said. Customers cannot change the interval apart from the options set in the product.
Yes, it works with WooCommerce PayPal Express Checkout.

Currently the expiration settings is possible to set in the memberships settings but the expiring action is not implemented yet. We will be updating the automatic expiry of membership plans in coming versions. Please leave us a review if the plugin/support was helpful.
