I have started to work with this theme today and it is very easy to use and setup. So read the Documentation here and all you questions will be answered.

You have to create a new link in the menu settings of wordpress and instead of using a full link you have to define an html anchor like this:
http://www.testsite.com/#blog
Then you have to set this html anchor in the widget you want to jump on your site.
