Thank you for your prompt reply.
PHP version is 8.0.27 (Supports 64bit values).
Error log (if you meant debug.log file?) could not be found.
wp-config.php has a line
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
However, reinstall with complete deactivation option solved my issue. So I guess error logs are not needed anyhow.
