Yes that is the case -strange!-
Some of the translation files are in danish and some are in icelandic!
So the translation for Privacy policy in danish is Integritetspolicy but in Icelandic it is “skilmála” so the correct string would be:
Já, ég samþykki skilmála.
I took a look at the localisation file and it seems to me that only half of it is translated into Icelandic. I made a google sheet and started translating. I am not a WP translator but I could finish the sheet.

I am using the Icelandic version of your great plugin. After my latest update my problem went from – having:
Yes I accept your privacy policy – as the only sentence in english –
to – That sentence being in Icelandic, and the “privacy policy” link is in danish?

Our site is hosted in Denmark but language settings are set to Is.
