what you’re seeing is a combination of 2 errors: There is some error with requesting the images from Google Drive, but there is also another error in the code that handles the first error. The second error causes the first one to be hidden.Luckily, the error in the error handling code has been fixed some time ago – later today, version 2.7.5 of this plugin should be released. Could you please update to that and see what happens? We should then be able to see the original error…
Judging by the fact that this happened 24h after setting up the galleries, are you perchance using any caching or optimization plugins? They may be the cause of this issue – if you are using them, could you please try disabling them to check whether that would fix the issue?

this issue is the top priority, however, the changes made by Google to the Drive API on 2020-01-01 were quite significant for the plugin, so the fix is very hard. I can’t give you a precise ETA because of that.Thanks for understanding,

That’s an error.Hi, please make sure that you followed https://napoveda.skaut.cz/dobryweb/en-skaut-google-drive-gallery/en-get-google-application. There seems to be an error with the redirect URI, so please check that it’s copied over correctly.

Hi, we’re looking into the issues with videos, however, the changes to the Google API made on January 1st were quite significant. It’s the first issue on the list, however, I can’t give you an exact ETA.

well, I think the documents plugin doesn’t support shortcodes, only Gutenberg blocks (it’s new enough not to be burdened by backwards compatibility…)The error is caused by the “Redirect URI” value not matching between WordPress and the Google app.

I suugest you take a look at a sister plugin to this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/skaut-google-drive-documents/It’s not created by me and I think it’s still a bit rough around the edges, but it should do what you are suggesting…

is it possible that videos stopped working on January 1, 2020? If so, than that’s an issue with Google Drive changing some APIs, we’re looking into a fix.Thanks for the report,

this is most likely an issue with the Google app creation – please see the documentation and check that the “Authorized redirect URIs” field contains the value from the plugin.Marek

well, yes, WP.org closes the threads after some time…But I think you should be able to subscribe to that thread – I will mark it as resolved when the feature is implemented. I don’t plan to add this very soon (as I think there are bigger fish to fry…), but the code is open source, so anyone can submit changes and if they’re good, I’ll merge them. So maybe somebody will add it.
