if you have “article” with “inherited from category” all the votes are under moderation…also if in “category” you have “No moderation”

If i try to rate with “admin” i have the vote stored under moderation.
I’ve tried also to disable under the the plugin features “Moderation options and handling” but the vote are already under moderation…and i can’t approve it.
