This is still not working as of today. I changed the URL, it’s hosted here now instead:

Certainly hoping for a fix, I’m stumped as to what the issue is.
Don’t know – we have an agency managing our theme so unsure if we’re able to update the theme beyond what we have. I think it’s been customized a fair bit but we can ask.
In the meantime, does it seem like this plugin just wouldn’t work with our theme? If so, we can just try a different plugin instead.
As a small update, we’re now running the WP core 4.5.3 after an update. Still no change on the tracking.
I tried again with that box checked, no change.
We’re running Avada v3.7.3 on WP core 4.3.5.
