Thanks this helped. I was getting an “Array” returned as a string instead of the image which led me to this post, then applied your patches and good to go.
I never sorted what the issue was, but we ended up moving to a different host and the issue disappeared. Which makes me think it was an issue with paths? Anyways, if anyone runs into this issue including the required files directly seemed to be an interim solution.
As a temporary solution I am just including pluggable.php directly and its working again.
So something in the recent update broke auto loading that file?
