Now I am sure it is a bug in the plugin. I installed wordpress on my PC and used inbuilt theme of wordpress and used only plugin of yours (no other plugin). Still the problems persists. So it is definitely not the combination of plugins and theme. Following are the steps to replicate the problem.1) Add at least 50 questions.
2) Add at least 16 answers to each question. (This step is very important)
3) Update!
My observation: Everything works perfectly until 9 answers to each question. Once you add more than 9 answers to any question, questions are being truncated in numbers. In my case, I use 16 answers to each question. When I add 50 questions, I can see only first 26 or 27 of them.

In reply to: [Psychological tests & quizzes] Questions are being truncated.So, the temporary remedy is to check all questions are loaded properly in the editor before editing and saving (updating) anything. Hope you come up with a permanent solution.

Then checked it on frontend and all 50 were there. Later I edited the same test in next 5 minutes for other things like scales and results etc. and now all of a sudden my questions tally dropped to 33 from initial 50, both on frontend and in editor.

Once you set up 50 or more questions, and try to edit that test, you require more time to ”load” the test. Let us assume 25 items are loaded in the editor and I edited first one and I “update” it, it seems that the other 25 items which didn’t load, disappear.
